Board Composition

Our Board of Directors comprises 7-15 leaders who serve three-year terms, beginning on the date of our Annual Meeting, typically held in April/May. All board members must be active members of NAIFA-GWDC. The immediate past president of the NAIFA-GWDC chapter serves as an ex-officio member of the HHS Board.

Director Emeritus

From time to time, the Board may elect a former Director to serve as Director Emeritus for a two-year term. These individuals provide valuable advisory services to the Board and its committees.
